- Supported hundreds of millions of dollars for teacher pay raises
- Backed plan for minimum starting salary of $50,000 for every Tennessee teacher beginning with the 2026 school year
- Voted for $500 million to improve career and technical education in middle and high schools
- Ensured every high school student has access to computer science and coding classes
- Supported new laws requiring greater oversight of instructional materials in schools to ensure appropriateness for age and maturity levels
